Terms & Conditions — Ilyas Travel
- Bookings
1.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
- You receive a written confirmation (email/SMS/WhatsApp), and
- A booking reference number is issued.
1.2 Information Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate:
- Pickup and drop‑off locations
- Dates and times
- Passenger numbers
- Luggage requirements
- Special requests
Incorrect information may affect pricing or service availability.
1.3 Minimum Age
Bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or over.
- Pricing & Payment
2.1 Pricing
All prices are:
- Quoted based on the information provided
- Inclusive of driver, fuel and insurance
- Subject to change if journey details change
2.2 Payment Terms
Payment may be required:
- In full at the time of booking, or
- As a deposit with the balance due before travel
Payment methods accepted:
- Bank transfer
- Debit/credit card
- Other methods as agreed
2.3 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra stops
- Excess waiting time
- Vehicle upgrades
- Route changes
- Cleaning fees (see Section 7)
- Cancellations & Refunds

Key points:
- Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before pickup
- 50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before pickup
- No refund if cancelled within 24 hours
- No‑shows are non‑refundable
- Passenger Responsibilities
4.1 Behaviour
Passengers must behave safely and respectfully.
We may terminate the journey without refund if:
- There is abusive or threatening behaviour
- Illegal substances are present
- The driver or vehicle is put at risk
4.2 Seatbelts
All passengers must wear seatbelts where fitted.
You are responsible for ensuring children use appropriate restraints.
4.3 Damage
You are liable for:
- Any damage caused to the vehicle
- Cleaning fees for spillages, sickness or excessive mess
- Luggage & Personal Items
5.1 Luggage Limits
You must inform us of luggage requirements in advance.
We may refuse excess luggage for safety reasons.
5.2 Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for:
- Lost items
- Damaged items
- Items left in the vehicle
Please check the vehicle before leaving.
- Delays & Waiting Time
6.1 Customer Delays
- First 15 minutes of waiting time is free
- Additional waiting time may be charged
6.2 Traffic & Road Conditions
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic
- Road closures
- Weather
- Accidents
- Events outside our control
We always aim to minimise disruption.
- Vehicle Condition & Cleaning Fees
7.1 Cleanliness
A cleaning fee may apply if:
- The vehicle is left excessively dirty
- Spillages occur
- Vomit or bodily fluids require deep cleaning
7.2 Damage
Any damage caused by passengers will be charged at cost.
- Safety & Compliance
8.1 Driver Authority
The driver may refuse travel if:
- Passenger behaviour is unsafe
- The vehicle is overloaded
- Illegal items are present
8.2 Legal Compliance
All journeys comply with UK transport laws and licensing requirements.

9.1 Service Adjustments
We may adjust or cancel a booking due to:
- Vehicle breakdown
- Driver illness
- Severe weather
- Safety concerns
9.2 Refunds
If we cancel your booking, you will receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule
- Liability
10.1 Limited Liability
We are not liable for:
- Missed flights
- Missed events
- Loss of income
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booking.
- Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your information with third parties except where required to deliver your service.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
